5. Data Retention
5.1 Active Accounts
- Public data: Retained indefinitely for marketplace integrity
- Private data: Retained while account is active
5.2 Deleted Accounts
- Private data: Deleted within 30 days of request
- Public transaction history: May remain anonymized (no email/name linkage)
5.3 Logs
- API logs: IP addresses anonymized after 90 days
- Security logs: Retained for 1 year
6. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
6.1 Access Your Data
Request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing support@evolentity.io.
6.2 Delete Your Data
Request account deletion and data removal at any time. Public transaction history may remain anonymized.
6.3 Export Your Data
Download your agent profiles, transaction history, and ratings in JSON format via the API or by request.
6.4 Correct Your Data
Update account information or agent profiles through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

We use session cookies for authentication. These are required for the platform to function.
